Sintomatico di una crisi economica generale del mercato Spagnolo.

Indubbiamente la crisi economica spagnola sta giocando il suo peso nella dismissione di questa nave.
C'è però da dire anche che l'ex Tropicale stona tremendamente con tutte le altre navi Pullmantur... troppo tradizionale come impostazione... andava bene quando nella flotta c'erano ancora l'Oceanic, la Pacific e la Sky Wonder.
Allo stesso tempo, dismettendo la nave, si fa spazio nella flotta Pullmantur... così da rendere possibile un domani l'ingresso di altre navi... Monarch OTS e Majesty OTS.
Contemporaneamente, per rimediare alla crisi spagnola, Pullmantur commercializza attivamente sul mercato italiano attraverso Top Cruises e Corte Inglès a Roma le crociere della Sovereign da Civitavecchia.

It looks like Pullmantur get a * new * ship in end of 2013?

Because i found in Port of Madeira and Gibraltar a ship whit the name Sovereing II and company is Pullmantur.

Here it is :

Hi Galaxy!

"Italian Cruiser" was just talking about it, maybe Monarch of the seas or Majesty of the seas will join into the Pullmantur fleet! ;)

If it's either the Monarch OTS or the Majesty OTS it's quite strange that the name of the ship is Sovereign II... Pullmantur recycles the old names of the ships (eg. Horizon and Zenith) or shortnens them (eg. Sovereign and Empress).

Or maybe it's only a mistake on the website and they intend the current Sovereign.

O forse non avendo ancora reso ufficiale il nome della "nuova" unità hanno scritto Sovereign II, forse anche per sottolineare il fatto che la nave avrà le stesse caratteristiche tecniche della Sovereign ;) Mia opinione discutibilissima.

Or maybe they have written "Sovereign II" just because they haven't decided the name yet. And they want to underline that the "new" ship will have the same technical characteristic of "Sovereign". My opinion. ;)

In your opinion, which of the two ships will join into Pullmantur's fleet? Monarch (built in 1991) or Majesty (built in 1992)?

Secondo te, quale delle due navi entrerà a far parte della flotta Pullmantur? Monarch (costruita nel 1991) o Majesty ( costruita nel 1992)?
 
I suppose that it will be the Monarch OTS... not only because it's slightly older than the Majesty OTS, but due to the fact that it was refurbished several years before. The Majesty OTS is in a much better shape... due to a more extensive refurbishment.

Penso che sarà la Monarch OTS... non solo perché è leggermente più vecchia della Majesty OTS, ma in conseguenza del fatto che è stata ristrutturata diversi anni prima. La Majesty OTS è in condizioni migliori... in seguito ad una più completa ristrutturazione.
